Every morning an audit reads your systems and checks each statement your team needs to be true. Before acting on what it found, ask whether the reads were complete; then read the counts.

The request

Replace month-close with your audit’s code. Leave out date for today in your tenant’s time zone, or pass date: "2026-10-08" for an earlier morning.

Read the answer

  1. health.complete. true means every source read was complete and every configured check ran. When it is false, health.summary says what was missing in one or two sentences, and each entry in health.sources names the system, its reason, and the statements it affects. Counts for those statements may be short today.
  2. summary. open and pending across the tenant, plus newToday and fixedToday. A pending finding is inside its check’s grace period and becomes open if it is still there after it.
  3. summary.oldestOpen. The finding that has waited longest. Pass its id to Read one finding.

Drill into one category or statement

Ask for one category, and one statement inside it, by id:
The category ids are orders, refundsAndCredits, returns and exchangesAndWarranty. A statement lists at most 50 findings; findingsOmitted says how many more it has. To read all of them, use List open findings with statement:R8.
