# Common tasks

> Find the query for what you want to read, with a request you can copy and run.

Start from the question you want answered. Each recipe names the query, gives a request you can run with your key, and says which fields in the answer to read.

| You want to know | Query | Recipe |
| - | - | - |
| Can this morning's audit be trusted, and what is open? | [`auditReport`](https://developers.drpn.ai/graphql/queries/audit-report) | [Check this morning's audit](https://developers.drpn.ai/graphql/tasks/check-the-morning-audit.md) |
| Which findings are open, filtered by statement, category or date? | [`findings`](https://developers.drpn.ai/graphql/queries/findings) | [List open findings](https://developers.drpn.ai/graphql/tasks/list-open-findings.md) |
| Everything about one finding: records, evidence, the fix | [`auditFinding`](https://developers.drpn.ai/graphql/queries/audit-finding) | [Read one finding](https://developers.drpn.ai/graphql/tasks/read-one-finding.md) |
| How do I keep a copy of every finding in my own system? | [`findings`](https://developers.drpn.ai/graphql/queries/findings) | [Sync findings every day](https://developers.drpn.ai/graphql/tasks/sync-findings.md) |
| What did the latest reconciliation runs find? | [`reconciliationResults`](https://developers.drpn.ai/graphql/queries/reconciliation-results) | [Read recent reconciliation runs](https://developers.drpn.ai/graphql/tasks/recent-reconciliation-runs.md) |

Every recipe assumes `DARPAN_API` and `DARPAN_GQL_KEY` are set as in the [quickstart](https://developers.drpn.ai/graphql/quickstart.md). To try a query without a terminal, use the [API explorer](https://developers.drpn.ai/graphql/explorer.md).

> [!NOTE]
>
> The API is read-only. To fix what a finding reports, change the record in the system it lives in (NetSuite, the OMS, Shopify). Darpan's next scheduled check looks again and closes the finding.
